Information received from the customer and the 3D data are examined, shape of the mould in harmony with the demands of the customer and modifications deemed necessary by the data are determined and submitted for the approval of the customer. Each project has been prepared presentation file with the MTN experiance. MTN doing FMA analysys and cheching all detail for supporting  beter part and mold quality for the life of the product. We keep customer safe and faster with the advantage of  very large  MTN mold standarts.
All of the analyses of the part that should be completed before the design process (such as filling analysis, cooling analysis, deformation analysis, etc.)    are carried out. If no problem is detected, design phase starts.
