PROPOSAL

The first step to a successful business starts with a properly prepared proposal.

n all mould proposals, the necessary information is gathered from the customer, the inadequate information in accordance with the MTN Proposal. 

Form is received by further contacts with the customer and detailed mould proposal is prepared with helping software tool. MTN has a control with similar tool manufacturing cost before sending quotation which is made previously. 

It is sent tool cost break down list to customer for detailed cost explanations.

PLANNING

Planning starts with the analysis of the data regarding the product.
In order to achieve the goals set, a program with regards to utilization of the sources is prepared and submitted. The production plan puts forth the goals set for each phase of production in terms of the time periods. It supports the main goal for realization of the targets established.
Production planning takes place in two stages:
Preparation of the production program and planning of the actual production.
Production programs show which products will be produced in a certain enterprise within a specified time period in which quantities and time periods. Planning of the actual production is made up of planning of the production preparations and planning of the procedure.

Just-in-time project is the result of a properly-made plan at the beginning.

For each customer a FTP account is created and the mould progress reports are automatically saved in this account. Depends of requirement, can seen for
mould parts which has each step of digital picture, real time movies and etc.
Being fast, in other words, completing a project within the required time is one of the most significant issues of today and a merit of utmost importance for
MTN. All of the moulds to be produced are programmed in a software prepared in accordance with certain rules. With the graphic tools available, improvement
can be controlled in a correct manner and comparisons can be made.

ANALYSIS

DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN

Design is the source of real power.
After receiving an order, as a preliminary mould design is done to explanation and approval provided by customer. The preliminary mould design shows dimension, injection, cooling, the core and the moving parts on the sides of mould; in other words, all main characteristics of product. As a result, customer can swiftly see engineering concept.
After CAD file and mold design are checked, approval is taken then all necessary material is ordered. During design, all mould’s parts are shown in a 3D solid model and a 2D Technical Drawing.

MTN has use the CAD/CAM programs which shows as below:
The file types can be read and write with format of IGS, PARASOLID(XT)
SAT, VDA; STEP, DWG, DXF, STL, PRT, MOD, EXP, CATPart, CATProduct

PROTOTYPE MOULD

Prototype mould and sample part removed from the mould

According to customer requirement, MTN produces Prototye Moulds which uses aliminium or simple grade steel. From these molds, part could produce for pre-serie production.

Manufacturing

Design is the source of real power.

DEEP HOLE DRILLING
All holes designed in the moulds are drilled with a high speed deep hole drilling machine. Precision and speed in the axes and diameters of the holes are ensured with this new high-technology drilling method.

CNC MILLING
In the CNC Milling machines, which are equipped with automatic coupling systems, high-technology CNC milling is made (high speed and rev).

Our CNC milling processing philosophy is built on zero error and processing. Therefore, some moulds can be finished without a need for spotting; whereas in complex and morphed surfaces, high quality moulds are manufactured with minimum spotting.

CNC MACHINES
Equipped with large size CNC machines, Deep dirlling Machine, layout according manufacturing process , based on ERP information project managemet system to realize individual tool production on production line.

MTN uses modern CNC machine tools for miling, turning, grinding, electric discharge machine, wire cuttting ect. accuped with latest tecknology. MTN renovate machine more than 10 years old invest the new one.

CONVENTIONAL MACHINES
Parts are manufactured in all conventional machines by using special apparatus.

CNC EDM/ DIE SINKING
Die sinking procedures are carried out with new technology die sinking machinery equipped with automatic coupling systems.

WIRE CUTTING
Special mould insert and holes, which require fine cutting, are made with precision wire cutting machines.

POLISHING

The polishing procedure is carried out in-house at MTN. Since polishing is the last phase of mould production, it is an important process that must be completed meticulously.
As MTN , we are aware of this fact, therefore, departure angle and flatness checks of the mould made immediately after the polishing procedure.

In parts that requires high precision visually or dimensionally, special methods are applied and maximum customer satisfaction is achieved by combining these with our experience in polishing.

ASSEMBLY

In assembly stations equipped with special apparatus, compliance of the mould parts manufactured is ensured by carrying out the measurement procedure and these are carefully assembled.
Our staff, experienced in mould assembly, finds the opportunity to become even more experienced each year with trainings provided and completes important projects successfully.

MTN has proven its quality in this respect with its technological machinery park and qualified staff.

LABROTARY & QUALITY CONTROL

MTN is able to measure electrodes, mould insert, mould and moulded parts. We prepare measurement report and present them to our customers. 

Quality is synonymous with all our employees, and this together with a positive attitude is promoted and directed throughout the organization. The MTN quality concept includes all areas of the company.
It is our objective to prevent error by having secure processes, and as part of this quarantee we have a highly efficent measuring system . Our CNC measuring machine is installed in an airconditioned room. It is detailed mesurement reports register the results for our customers.

 

INJECTION

Mould Trial
MTN carries out in-house trials of the moulds produced. The moulds are tested under conditions suitable for mass production in trial injections of various capacities and dimensions.

Reports are prepared by our firm for each trial made. These trials and associated reports have provided us with significant experience . After the approving the parts, the customer is invited to demonstrate the operational system of the mould and to provide all necessary information. If required, preliminarymass production up to a certain quantity can also be undertaken.

We have very close connection in the sectors dealing with injection molding machine , temperature control, cooling and otomation system together with them we make convince customer to find most suitable serial working concept and the ideal solution for part production.

Time to set the result.

A trial is run on appropriate injection machinery in our premises to check the dimensions of the moulds and whether or not they are functioning properly.

The final decision on whether or not the procedure has been successfully completed is taken during the trial with the raw materialafter the production phase is finished and the mould has been prepared.
